Drink lots of water. I love fancy water! Bubbly and sparkling or hydrating flat, I’m into it.
Move my body + exercise. I love Pilates, yoga, spinning, workouts, walks, hikes and the Versaclimber!
Eat plant-based - fresh fruits + veggies!
Sleep well - I use an Ōura ring to track my best sleep habits.
Smile more - it helps create good mood chemistry.
Mindset - stay positive and choose to be in a higher vibe.
And what am I avoiding/cutting out?
Alcohol- it’s toxic and aging.
8+ years NO SUGAR
Being an inactive couch potato.
Processed foods- limiting vegan cheeses, faux meats, and bready things.
Late nights, heavy dinners, and blue light from screens at night - all totally mess up my sleep.
Stressful situations, toxic thoughts, and unproductive arguments.
